The 2012 D&AD Student Awards are now open for entries. These are real briefs, set by real clients and judged by top creatives.
It's open to full and part-time students around the globe and the briefs include:
Create an advertising campaign promoting a new, over 60s television channel for Channel 4. This new channel is about quality programming, and will challenge the audience in a characteristically Channel 4 fashion. No Larkrise to Candleford here, please.
Create a series of typographically focused posters for the iconic Ministry of Sound nightclub. Each poster needs to be relevant for three-months, clearly communicating dates and DJs, displaying the epic and global character of the club, whilst still making a powerful impact to a fast-paced audience.
Peace Day is an annual call for global amnesty, and together with Peace One Day, we want you to make Peace Day an international day of recognition – and impossible to ignore. Go on, be a creative activist - your idea really can change the world.
This year D&AD have also added a brief for design graduates: Make Your Mark. As well as all students, it’s open to anyone under the age of 26 or to all recent graduates who finished their course within the last two years.
