Nothing says thank you (and don't-you-forget-how-great-I-am) than a leave behind after your interview with a prospective employer. Your leave behind can be anything you want it to be, and there are lots of ideas you can produce to fit any budget.

These are some key pointers to keep in mind when brainstorming concepts.

  • Brand it inline so it's consistent with the rest of your identity.
  • Make sure it showcases your best work in the best light possible.
  • It should be something your future employer would want to keep so it should be difficult for them to part with.
  • Small enough to stay on their desk, but not get lost amongst their mess – keep it within their reach.
