It's almost here — and in it's 10th year, the London Design Festival again stands to provide some fantastic access and exposure to some of the leading lights of the creative world. There are once again numerous events on the cards, possibly the one I am most keen on is the Graphic Design Walk running (or walking) on the 21st & 22nd of September. What a great opportunity to see inside some of East London's hottest graphic design studios. Tickets on sale from August 15 and available along with the program here.

Of course the beauty of the London Design Festival is that it straddles all aspects of the creative industry. With the plethora of graphic design blogs out there — sucking away all of our free time (!) — I'm very much in the camp that suggests a broad design mind is most valuable. So go on, follow that interest in the digital world, be inspired by the makers of the city, or perhaps a cycle past some of the more monolithic sights of the city is more you thing. There's really no shortage of opportunities to get inspired!
