Even though Belgium is small, there's still some nice design to be found here (sometimes you just need to search a bit first:)
A very cool advertising agency / studio that only seems to work for 'fun' clients (fashion, museums, music...) is BaseDesign.
They're also based in NY, Barcelona, Madrid and Santiago. They often look for interns too...
Two very small but very hip and nice studios are Jan & Randoald and Code Frisko
