Amandine is a photographer and designer based in London. Her 'Wearable lettering' is such a simple idea but produces some really interesting results. The project also lives on as an online clock at http://bit.ly/7orJmb...

I love the work of the Stockholm Design Lab, a well-named 10-year old Swedish studio that specializes in graphic design systems and corporate identity. What I like is the intelligence behind their designs, the clean look, the wit and the playfulness. Their modern, spare, colorful system for the Venice Biennale art show jumps out at you amidst the elaborate rich architecture of the city itself--a d...

Even though Belgium is small, there's still some nice design to be found here (sometimes you just need to search a bit first:) A very cool advertising agency / studio that only seems to work for 'fun' clients (fashion, museums, music...) is BaseDesign. They're also based in NY, Barcelona, Madrid and Santi...

Marius Roosendaal is a graphics designer and art director from Netherlands. His work is mainly graphics and typography focused, but also include interaction design and corporate identity. I find that his designs adhere very strongly to the design principles. His use of grids, alignment and repetition is very consistent across his designs and makes the pieces very strong. I love his use of simpl...

Neal Whittington is a Designer/Illustrator based in London England. I love the work that he did for Porter Airlines, a Canadian based business airline. He designed Porters complete brand identity with my favourite being Mr.Porter the raccoon used throughout the advertising campaign (quite a fresh and fun approach for a stuffy business airline). Apart from this Neal Whittington's real passion...

I love these guys for their use of simple shapes and how they have cleverly designed and incorporated two images in the one design. This was their work for an IBM campaign and to show how IBM is involved in many aspects of todays society. They have used Lubalin Graph typeface and simple illustrations to form a stunning visual....
